Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery Schedule

  • We deliver from Mondays to Fridays, except for public holidays. After placing an order, our Customer Service Representatives will be in touch via WhatsApp to further confirm your availability regarding the delivery on the next working day.
  • Our delivery schedule is as followed:

Monday – Hong Kong Island

Wednesday – Kowloon

Friday – New Territories

Tuesday & Thursday – Remote and designated areas

  • Delivery service is applicable to HKSAR region, not including outlying islands and some remote areas.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to your email address when payment is completed.

Delivery Charge

  • Slowcook Solutions offers free delivery to Kowloon and Hong Kong Island for each order above HK$800. Free delivery to New Territories will be provided for each order above HK$1000. For any order that does not meet minimum order value, an additional charge will be imposed.

Receipt of Delivery

  • Customer shall ensure that proper arrangements will be made for the acceptance of the delivery at the designated location on the confirmed delivery date. If no one is available to receive the delivery, customer is responsible for arranging alternative methods in advance for receiving the goods (e.g. liaising with building security for receiving the package; instructing us to leave the package at the door).  If no one is available to receive the delivery and we do not receive any other instructions from you, the goods will be returned to our storage and we will have to charge an extra HK$200 per each redelivery.
  • Please check your products upon delivery, and sign and return the delivery note to our driver upon receiving the order. Once the delivery note is signed by the customer or the designated representative and returned to our driver, the order is considered complete.

Force Majeure

  • Slowcook Solutions will not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from any event which is outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, fires, floods, accidents, riots, government interventions, strikes or equipment failures. In particular:

- If Typhoon Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted and continues to be in force after 13:00, delivery service will be suspended for that day and delivery will be postponed to the following business day or rescheduled to another delivery time upon request of customer by e-mail /Whatsapp.

- If Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted but is lowered or cancelled before 13:00, delivery will continue in the afternoon until 19:00.

- If Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during any working hours, delivery service will be suspended (or postponed to the next business day) until the warning is lowered or cancelled.

- In any other cases where our delivery service is affected by any force majeure event, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery time.
